Notes about Desktop Designer usage.
- If you do not already have a username and password for the application, please contact our technical support. They will be happy to provide all the required information.
- Player devices connect to our servers every hour. There may be a delay of up to one hour between transmitting your content and seeing it displayed on your screens.
- Please use an aspect ratio of 16:9.
- Most image and video formats are supported.
